The Education Outcomes pillar focuses on improving the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of learning systems across the Federal Capital Territory. The programme supports initiatives that encourage school participation, reduce barriers to education, and strengthen learning environments for children and young people in both urban and underserved communities.

Through coordinated interventions, FCT Hope works to improve educational opportunities by supporting better access to learning materials, community engagement in education, and systems that encourage retention and long-term learning outcomes. The goal is to create stronger educational foundations that contribute directly to human capital development and future productivity within the FCT.
